Mom has been volunteering at the Union City Animal Trust (UCAT) adoption events this fall. Working the sign-up desk gave her the opportunity to observe the prospective adopters as they studied each of the cats up for adoption.
In addition to trying out new litter, mom went all the way and ordered me a new litter box! YIPPEE! She found an advertisement for The Luuup in Catster magazine and doing research on the litter box ended up at the top of her to-do list. A few weeks later, The Luuup arrived on our doorstep!
You will notice that my litter is very important to me. In fact, just like when you humans use the bathroom, I also do some of my best thinking while in the litter box.
This may certainly be a smellier post than some of my others, but I don't feel that we talk about litter enough. It is one of those topics that both humans and cats run away from.
